This immersive Germany immersion programme takes participants through Berlin and Munich—epicenters of Germany’s AI revolution—offering firsthand exposure to cutting-edge applications, regulatory sandboxes, and industry pilots. Learning Objectives
At the end of the Germany immersion programme, participants will be able to:

Pre-Trip Workshops
Before departure, participants attend three evening sessions to build essential context and alignment. Each workshop is 3 hours, delivered live online.
Session 1: AI Fundamental | 📅 15 Oct, 7–10pm
Understand core AI concepts, models, terminology, and the role of data — built for non-technical leaders.
Session 2: Ethical AI & Business Use Cases | 📅 22 Oct, 7–10pm
Explore practical use cases and how to approach AI responsibly — covering governance, bias, automation, and customer-facing tools.
Session 3: AI and Germany | 📅 29 Oct, 7–10pm
Outlines Germany’s national AI approach, highlights the startup and innovation landscape, and provides a walkthrough of the programme itinerary.

Assessment
As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.

SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC): Up to 90% additional subsidy from SkillsFuture Enterprise Credits (SFEC). More info here.
Enterprise Innovation Scheme (EIS): Up to 400% tax deduction or 20% cash payout through EIS. More info here.
Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS): Available for SMEs registered/incorporated in Singapore. Companies must have an employment size of ≤200 or annual sales turnover ≤$100 million.
Eligible trainees must be Singapore Citizens or PRs, fully sponsored by employers, and not full-time NS men. SME status must be approved before course start.
