To be eligible for QD Academy’s training courses, individuals must meet criteria including age, computer literacy, educational qualifications, work experience, understanding of sales and marketing principles, and English language proficiency.

Funding and Grants

Our courses are SkillsFuture registered. Please note that the grants will be differ depending on your age, citizenship status, individually sponsored or company sponsored.

Yes, QD Academy offers various funding options including SkillsFuture funding, Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS), and Absentee Payroll (AP) funding for eligible individuals and organizations.

There is no need to apply separately for AP funding. It is automatically computed and deducted from the course fee. Employers need to declare their employees’ hourly salary information to claim AP funding.

Yes, eligible Singaporeans can use their SkillsFuture Credit to offset course fees at QD Academy by submitting a claim through MySkillsFuture.

Ensure course fees are fully paid before attendance. Grants are disbursed via PayNow. Track attendance and assessment for grant disbursement.

Use Initial SkillsFuture Credit and Additional Credit for course payments. Provide a screenshot for SkillsFuture Credit approval. Please note that Singapore PRs aren’t eligible for mid-career subsidy funding. 

Attendance and Certificates

You may attend a makeup class within 60 days from the start date of the first class session. However, starting from January 1, 2024, SSG no longer requires a minimum 75% attendance for course fee funding and absentee payroll funding.

Certificates are issued via OpenCerts starting July 1, 2024. Access them through the MySkillsFuture portal.

Skills Future and Other Programs

SkillsFuture Credit is a benefit for Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above to pay for out-of-pocket course fees for work-skills related courses. You can use it at QD Academy by submitting a claim through MySkillsFuture.

You can log in to your SkillsFuture Credit account at MySkillsFuture to check your balance.
You should submit your claim via MySkillsFuture within 60 days before the course start date (inclusive).
SFEC is aimed at encouraging employers to invest in enterprise and workforce transformation. Employers meeting specific criteria such as contributions to Skills Development Levy (SDL) and employing Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents are eligible.

CRM Solutions FAQ

ActiveCampaign serves as a Customer Experience Automation Platform that empowers businesses to interact efficiently with their customer base through automation. It integrates email marketing, marketing automation, CRM, and machine learning to deliver personalized experiences.
No, ActiveCampaign does not require technical proficiency. It offers pre-built automations, eliminating the need for coding skills. Additionally, support is readily available through the Help Center and customer support channels.
The free trial period spans 14 days and provides access to features equivalent to the Professional tier. It permits usage for up to 100 contacts and 100 sent emails. If necessary, you may request a one-time extension by contacting your account executive or support team.

Yes, ActiveCampaign Pages facilitates the creation of numerous high-converting landing pages. It seamlessly integrates with forms, triggers automations, and supports checkout buttons.
ActiveCampaign incorporates a CRM tailored for small to medium-sized businesses. Migration services are available, encompassing tasks such as importing lists, recreating forms and automations, and email templates.
While custom fonts are an option, it’s generally discouraged. Email opens are tracked via embedded images in HTML-based campaigns. Opens cannot be tracked for plain text emails.

QD Academy has been offering CRM solutions for businesses since its inception. With years of experience, we provide tailored solutions and targeted recommendations to meet your company’s needs.*

Under the PSG grant, eligible companies can receive up to 50% funding for long-term technology investments, such as engaging a CRM solutions provider like QuickDesk.
SME owners with at least 30% local shareholding are eligible for the PSG grant. Our Sales Consultant can guide you through the application process on the Business Grant portal.

For a swift application process, prepare the following documents: Quotation for QD Academy implementation, Past 2 Years Financial Statement (if applicable), CorpPass User and Password.

Yes, Sole Proprietors are eligible for the PSG grant when implementing solutions like QD Academy.

While we cannot guarantee reimbursement, you’ll know the status of your application once it’s submitted online. Upon approval, specific documents including invoices and usage reports will be required for reimbursement.

You’re required to make full payment to QD Academy. The PSG reimbursement follows after. Manage your cash flow accordingly, as the project timeline may span several months.

Yes, you can wait for the Letter of Offer before making any payments to QD Academy. Work commences upon receipt of the deposit.*

The PSG package cannot be modified, but additional features can be quoted separately by QD Academy and invoiced separately from the PSG project.

Hiring Solutions FAQ

CCPs provide salary support to facilitate mid-career individuals’ reskilling and transition into new job roles with promising longer-term prospects.
CCPs include Place-and-Train (PnT), Attach-and-Train (AnT), and Job Redesign (JR) Reskilling.
CCPs are targeted at Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents (SC/PR) mid-career switchers with at least 2 years of post-graduation or post-National Service (NS) experience.

Eligibility criteria for mid-career individuals include:

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Minimum 21 years old.
  • Graduated or completed National Service, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Commitment to full-time employment or attachment in a participating company.
  • Transition to substantially different job roles or growth job roles identified under Industry Transformation Maps (ITMs)/Jobs Transformation Maps (JTMs).
  • Not being shareholders or immediate ex-staff of participating companies, nor related to their owners.
CCPs generally involve structured On-the-Job (OJT) training and external training, lasting between 3 to 6 months depending on program and job requirements.
Host employers are encouraged to offer employment to eligible trainees post-program completion. Program Partners may also assist in sourcing employment opportunities.
Interested individuals can apply through the CCP website, and shortlisted candidates will undergo interviews.
Individuals with a continuous employment gap of at least 2 years prior to CCP commencement may apply for job roles similar to their previous roles, subject to additional documentation requirements.

Eligibility criteria for participating employers include:

  • Registered or incorporated in Singapore.
  • Ability to offer full-time employment or attachment positions directly relevant to identified CCP job occupations.
  • Commitment to CCP training arrangements.
  • Collaboration with Workforce Singapore (WSG) or its appointed partner on necessary administrative matters.
Yes, SMEs are eligible if they meet the criteria outlined for participating employers.
Employers can explore available CCPs on the CCP portal and register interest accordingly.
Employers will still receive salary support subject to existing funding rates and salary support caps, even if the participant’s salary exceeds the cap.

We provide Career Conversion Programs (CCPs) aimed at facilitating mid-career individuals’ transition into new job roles with promising longer-term prospects. Currently, we offer two CCPs:

  • CCP for Digital Sales
  • CCP for Business Intelligence

These programs are designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the respective fields of digital sales and business intelligence. Participants undergo structured training and may be placed into suitable job roles upon program completion, subject to eligibility and program requirements.
