Upon successfully meeting the course requirements (like attendance and assessment), you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. This certificate is issued by QD Academy.

Funding and Grants

Our courses are SkillsFuture registered. Please note that the grants will be differ depending on your age, citizenship status, individually sponsored or company sponsored.

Yes, QD Academy offers various funding options including SkillsFuture funding, Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS), and Absentee Payroll (AP) funding for eligible individuals and organizations.

There is no need to apply separately for AP funding. It is automatically computed and deducted from the course fee. Employers need to declare their employees’ hourly salary information to claim AP funding.

Yes, eligible Singaporeans can use their SkillsFuture Credit to offset course fees at QD Academy by submitting a claim through MySkillsFuture.

Ensure course fees are fully paid before attendance. Grants are disbursed via PayNow. Track attendance and assessment for grant disbursement.

Use Initial SkillsFuture Credit and Additional Credit for course payments. Provide a screenshot for SkillsFuture Credit approval. Please note that Singapore PRs aren’t eligible for mid-career subsidy funding. 

Attendance and Certificates

You may attend a makeup class within 60 days from the start date of the first class session. However, starting from January 1, 2024, SSG no longer requires a minimum 75% attendance for course fee funding and absentee payroll funding.

Certificates are issued via OpenCerts starting July 1, 2024. Access them through the MySkillsFuture portal.

SkillsFuture and Other Programs

SkillsFuture Credit is a benefit for Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above to pay for out-of-pocket course fees for work-skills related courses. You can use it at QD Academy by submitting a claim through MySkillsFuture.

You can log in to your SkillsFuture Credit account at MySkillsFuture to check your balance.
You should submit your claim via MySkillsFuture within 60 days before the course start date (inclusive).
SFEC is aimed at encouraging employers to invest in enterprise and workforce transformation. Employers meeting specific criteria such as contributions to Skills Development Levy (SDL) and employing Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents are eligible.

SkillsFuture is a national movement providing opportunities for Singaporeans to develop skills at different stages of life, contributing to lifelong learning and workforce development.
WSQ is a national credential system that trains, develops, assesses, and certifies skills and competencies for the workforce, supporting the SkillsFuture movement.

Career Conversion Programme (CCP)

The CCP helps companies reskill employees or new hires to take on growth roles within emerging or transforming industries. It provides structured on-the-job training and salary support, making it an effective tool for reducing costs while addressing talent gaps.

  • For new hires, the approval process typically takes 1–2 months.
  • For job redesign/reskilling of existing employees, it can take 3–9 months, depending on the complexity of the application and training plan.

Companies must:

  • Be registered or incorporated in Singapore.
  • Offer full-time employment with at least a 1-year contract.
  • Submit a business transformation plan for redeployment or job redesign.
  • Commit to CCP training arrangements and collaborate with Workforce Singapore (WSG) or the programme administrator.

  • For employees below 40 years of age: Up to 70% salary support, capped at $5,000/month.
  • For employees aged 40+ or long-term unemployed: Up to 90% salary support, capped at $7,500/month.
  • Duration of salary support varies:
    • New hires: 3–9 months.
    • Existing employees: Up to 3 months.

We charge a flat fee of $2,400 (excluding GST) per employee, regardless of the subsidy amount. This pricing is competitive compared to market rates of 15–20% of the subsidy value.

We offer a risk-free commitment:

  1. Provide a full replacement employee for submission.
  2. Retry the application with revised documentation or angles.
  3. Offer a full refund after three unsuccessful attempts.

Claims are processed and reimbursed after the CCP training is completed. This usually takes 6–9 months, depending on submission timelines.

  • We are direct suppliers of some CCP courses and collaborate closely with institutions like SGTech and NUS ICT.
  • Our team has processed over 400 approved CCP cases since 2020, maintaining a 90% success rate for qualified applications.
  • We ensure smooth end-to-end support, including documentation, grant applications, and training coordination.

CCP supports around 30 sectors, including but not limited to:

  • ICT and Digital Transformation
  • Healthcare
  • Advanced Manufacturing
  • Sustainability (Green Roles)
  • HR and Business Support Functions

By offsetting up to 90% of an employee’s salary during the training period, CCP significantly reduces operational costs while allowing you to reskill your workforce for future business needs.

  2. Resume Screening: Collect and review CVs and other relevant documents.
  3. Consultation and Agreement: Confirm services and sign agreements.
  4. Fee Payment: Submit payment for consulting services.
  5. Application Submission: Complete the CCP application with required documents.

Approval: Await approval before starting CCP training.

  • New hires: Structured on-the-job training (OJT) for 3–9 months.
  • Existing employees: Reskilling programs combined with OJT for up to 3 months.
  • Training includes facilitated workshops, job redesign, and mentorship to ensure employees are ready for their new roles.
