Who Are We?
Established in 2014, QD Academy (formerly QuickDesk Pte Ltd) is on a mission to empower professionals, teams, and SMEs through AI-powered education that's grounded in real tools and human connection. Our journey began with developing CRM software to assist sales professionals in achieving more with fewer resources. Recognizing that technology alone isn't enough, we expanded our focus to education — because we believe real transformation starts with learning, not just access to tools.
Today, we provide three core services: training and education (our foundation), AI consultancy, and HR consultancy. As a registered Training Provider with SkillsFuture SG Singapore, we offer subsidized learning opportunities for eligible Singaporeans through Career Conversion Programmes, with subsidies up to 90%.
