This two-day, industry-focused course equips retail professionals to deliver confident, conversion-ready product demonstrations across in-store and live channels. With 16 hours of learning, you’ll learn how to verify stock and technical readiness, engage customers with effective questioning, present features and benefits persuasively, and respond to enquiries (including competitor comparison) while complying with consumer protection laws.
