The Enneagram is a personality framework that maps out nine distinct types of people — each with its own core motivations, fears, and ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
How Does Enneagram Help Leaders?
With Enneagram, leaders can understand the hidden patterns behind how their team members communicate, make decisions, and respond to stress.
For example, a manager might learn that one team member (a Type 6 Loyalist) thrives with structure and reassurance, while another (a Type 8 Challenger) values autonomy and directness.
